Michele Kaye has been painting since 2021. Largely self-taught she has attended many short courses at St Ives School of Painting and art retreats in Italy, France and UK. Starting with watercolours inspired by nature Michele then went on to explore semi-abstract work, in mixed media and oil paints.

Her focus this year, 2026, is contemporary still life and the ongoing theme is “Celebrating Life” through observation and semi abstraction of treasured objects in the home, and plants especially florals.
